As a shopping editor, I get infinite emails touting all of the latest and greatest product launches about to hit the market. And sometimes, products are so unique and niche that I don’t have the perfect place to include them. One of my favorite parts of writing and producing our Skimm Shopping newsletter is that I can create fun “grab bag” sections with a mix of everything. Think of this roundup as the long-form version of that. Note: Some of these products have been around, but are new to me.

Yes, I am still going to be wearing Skechers at almost 30 years old. The brand just revamped its cult-favorite D’Lites Sneakers just in time for its 20th anniversary. They’re just as comfortable as you remember them to be (and extra nostalgic). Because they’re a chunkier style, I’d pair them with leggings or straight-leg denim.
A summer collection from my go-to place to get glasses…
Warby Parker is a no-brainer for me. On top of the frames being extra affordable, I find them to be so high-quality and durable, that I can go years on end without having to replace them. I tend to forget that the brand has sunglasses, and this summer collection is on-trend while still feeling classic.
A line from Frida that’s just for kids…
Frida’s latest collection is made specifically for elementary school-aged kids. In it, you can expect shampoo and conditioner for all hair types, refreshing bodywash, a no-frills deodorant, and a toothpaste that’ll deposit the perfect pea-sized amount. I also love that the brand came out with nail clippers that’ll allow them to trim their own nails safely.
Some viral foundation drops that are back in stock…
Victoria Beckham fans, rise. The multihyphenate’s collab with Augustinus Bader is finally restocking. These foundation drops are somewhere between skincare and makeup, so if you’re looking for lightweight coverage that’s buildable and has a dewy finish, go for these. Bonus points for its 19-shade range.
The best shoes if you’re prone to foot pain…

I’ve written extensively about my love of Embrace’s Lounge Bra. It’s so soft, I tend to forget that I’m wearing it, plus it provides the perfect amount of support. The brand just launched one in a cocoa brown hue that’s ideal for fall. It comes in matching briefs, too.
Another pair of Gap pants I couldn’t resist…
I’m not going to lie, I’ve spent the summer buying many pairs of Gap pants I haven’t needed. I just picked up these Mid-Rise Barrel Utility pants in the cream shade and I think they’ll be a great transitional piece going into fall. They come in tall and petite lengths, and I love the carpenter detailing.
Prequel’s newest moisturizer…
After testing this out, I messaged my boss (who is also a Prequel loyalist). We both feel like the affordable skincare brand has yet to have a bad launch, with this Multi-Quench Gel Cream being hydrating without feeling heavy on the skin. It’s under $20 but feels upscale, so if you’re looking for a more affordable alternative to Dieux’s Air Angel, I’d go for this.
Oura’s latest upgrade…
I’ve been testing an Oura Ring for the past month, and am pleasantly surprised. I love that the band is thinner and I’ve found the battery life to be a lot better. It can go about 10 days on a single charge. Everything you know and love about the original Oura Ring is the same, but with better measurements and 50+ metrics you can track. I’d use FSA/HSA money to buy it.
An unexpected shoe discovery…
This summer, I’ve been on a journey to find the best pair of ballet flats, and I’m happy to announce that I think I found the ones. They shockingly come from FitFlop, a brand I previously knew for orthotic sandals that I found…unattractive (sorry). These Delicato Mary Janes are surprisingly stylish, plus they have arch support, lots of grip, and are engineered to optimize your body’s natural alignment. I wore them in New York last month, where I got in at least 10,000 steps with no foot pain. Snag them in their cool collab with Pantone while they’re still in stock.

Our Senior Editor swears by Miss Mouth’s Messy Stain Treater for removing red wine, while her sister loves to use it on her kids’ clothes. The brand just launched its own version of a Tide stick, which I’ve been keeping in my bag for accidental drips and spills. It’s water-based, pH neutral, and fragrance-free.

While I love Dosey’s 7-Day Compact, I was looking for an extra-secure pill box for travel that was equally spacious, compact, and labeled. This Twist+Stack is the perfect solution because it has a fixed lid that you twist to dispense your daily dose. I use it for vitamins and daily medication, but it’s so design-forward, no one would be able to guess it’s a pill case.

I’m a tomato girl from Flamingo Estate through and through, but this Sappho Fig scent is making me ready for fall. It has fresh notes of green stems, leaves, and figs.

Geometry has been one of my favorite homeware finds of the year. The brand’s kitchen towels are ultra-absorbent and the best paper towel swap. It just launched a Mahjong Collection, which would make a great gift for any game loyalists.

Cute stationery launch alert: Uniball just launched this &Knot Jetstream. It’s a mini pen with a bag loop so you can clip it on to the inside or outside of any bag. Forget having to rummage in your purse.

Notte is another jewelry brand that recently popped into my inbox and I love how funky, yet wearable its styles are. I’m currently eyeing this carnelian heart padlock pendant. It’s an easy way to add a small pop of color to a more neutral outfit.
Imogene + Willie’s collaboration with Verve Records…
As a Nashvillian, I’m quite familiar with Imogene + Willie (a clothier famous for its graphic tees). The brand’s latest collaboration is with Verve Records and features portraits of Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone, two of the label’s most iconic artists. I love that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each tee goes to the Jazz Foundation of America.
